We operate a fair and transparent pricing policy, meaning that you do not receive a final bill which includes ‘hidden extras’, parts or lubricants or additional supplied or fitted components which were not either requested or detailed in our initial estimate.
Should it be deemed necessary to service or repair non-quoted components – as may happen during service and inspection, especially when performing pre-MOT checks – you, our customer, will be informed during the course of the service before parts are ordered or work is undertaken.
We will offer an honest appraisal and make recommendations which you can then act upon – or not. We do this because we take our work seriously and understand fully the ramifications of driving a vehicle which may not be 100 per cent serviceable. We also do this because we have a duty of care to our customers.
Besides, nobody likes nasty surprises, especially in today’s rather shaky economy – and we have a reputation to maintain as a fair, competitively priced and customer friendly company.
